Best part of the delivery was everything was ready and I was out the door in an hour. Jenny in technology was amazing, Chris Carter in finance made the whole experience painless and Jonathan in sales was was out the door in an hour. Both Jonathan (JD) and Carl were a pleasure to work with! They both went above and beyond to get me into my "Dream Car", I can't thank them enough for their help. Lexus of Sarasota was one of the best Dealer They both went above and beyond to get me into my "Dream Car", I can't thank them enough for their help. Lexus of Sarasota was one of the best Dealerships I've purchased from. The only reason for the 4 out of 5 stars would be because there is an outstanding "issue" with the Start/Stop feature that requires service. Not a "big deal" as the vehicle is under warranty, but would've been better handled prior to driving off the lot. Overall a wonderful experience, they have my business moving forward!
