The transition from my 2018 to my 2021 car was easy & smooth. My salesperson Carlos Fernandez was accommodating-knowledgeable -friendly and very respectful. Professionalism is not found often and Carlos is most definitely that. He helped me out more than I could have asked for and even when I was about to leave he went beyond for me to figure out a way were definitely that. I really appreciate the commitment that Carlos showed in try to get me into my new 2021 Lexus IS350. Carlos took it upon himself to help me get the best deal possible after I mentioned to him that I just go try to get me into my new 2021 Lexus IS350.
