Service director Carlos is a jerk with a napoleon complex. His customer service skills are as short as he is. I’ve taken my vehicle that has a mere 6k miles on it three times in the last 2 months for complex. His customer service skills are as short as he is. I’m grateful that the factory warranty covered the repairs, but each time was a huge inconvenience. These higher ups sit at a desk all day and push papers but don’t read them. They are uneducated about the cars they’re selling and repairing. It’s counterproductive and sad. Carlos had Ray tell me that “this is the last time we’re covering this repair”, when I’ve read my vehicle’s manual and I know how to operate all parts of my vehicle. Make sure you check your air filter, fluids, and anything else they claim they will do for you. They did not fill up my fluids and did not change our air filter as asked previously.
