I contacted Lexus of Sacramento through the on line chat to see if the vehicle I was interested in was still available. Carlos contacted me and stated it was. Difference of opinion between the sales representative Carlos, and the I. T. guy. Carlos insisted the vehicle had a feature and the I.T. guy insisted that it did not; couldn’t agree. Asked to get a cal Carlos, and the I. T. guy. Carlos insisted the vehicle had a feature and the I.T. guy insisted that it did not; couldn’t agree. Asked to get a call back from the manager to settle this and no one called us back. Took the vehicle to Roseville Lexus dealer and problem was solved. It turns out, the vehicle DID have the feature, it just wasn’t turned on. More
