My goal was to terminate my '13 Accord LX lease (also purchased at PH through Stephen March) and begin a new lease for a '15 Accord EX. Both representatives worked around my finances in order to get me into the new car. There was no pressure to buy and both Carlos and Josh worked with their manager to get me the deal. I didn't even need to call the insurance company to put new coverage on the car - they did that for me - I just had to verify my info over the phone. From start to finish, you couldn't ask for more kind, courteous, and professional guys. The car was delivered to me after it was detailed, and Carlos expressed to call him with any needs. I highly recommend you seek them out when you visit Planet Honda for your next car purchase - which you absolutely should. You will be impressed. More
