It’s very unusual to give a positive review to a dealership, just simply because of a well-known assumption that they are just out for a buck. Unfortunately, I had to lower my score due to a manufac dealership, just simply because of a well-known assumption that they are just out for a buck. Unfortunately, I had to lower my score due to a manufacturer error. I can only assume this really has no bearing on Lexus of North Miami but my 2024RZ 300 E premium is missing the memory seat system. I have looked it up over the past 24 hours and everywhere it states that it is standard yet my particular car does not have it. With that being said, and realizing that is a big feature that if I had the opportunity to get another car that would have it, I would have done so, but I don’t even believe they were aware of it. However, with all that being said. Carlos was absolutely amazing. I live in Ocoee Florida near Orlando and had the entire experience through text and email and it was superbly done. I recommend Lexus of North Miami to anyone, but LONM, make sure you cover that all of the features are on the car before selling. More

Drove from Jacksonville Florida to Miami to go to this car. They knew that we were coming away 15 minutes before we got to the dealership all of a sudden they did not have the car and the car was some unk car. They knew that we were coming away 15 minutes before we got to the dealership all of a sudden they did not have the car and the car was some unknown auction that we found out does not exist. They were not able to locate the car. They could not show us the car at all. And that’s supposedly a bidder offering 3k over MRSP. When we got there they had us talk to the manager. When they realized that there was no convincing us of getting another car, they told us “so sorry.” Wasted 10 hours on a Sunday before work on Monday. We both have good credit scores over 800 and would have been an easy sale on their part. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Shady practices. More
