Exploitative and Heartless: Shame on This Lexus Dealer! If I could put ZERO stars I would! We were treated horrifically by this dealership. The experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel If I could put ZERO stars I would! We were treated horrifically by this dealership. The experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share our ordeal with others. We went to this dealership hoping to find a reliable vehicle. Little did we know that this seemingly reputable establishment would turn out to be a den of vultures preying on senior citizens. The car was very overpriced. When we expressed interest in a particular Lexus model, the salesperson pounced like a hawk. They convinced us that the car was a steal, failing to mention that it needed service and various parts replaced including brakes among many other things. The price they quoted was exorbitant, taking advantage of our trust and vulnerability. When we went back after issues surfaced, we got a very nasty attitude. The dealership’s staff displayed a level of rudeness that left us stunned and treated us as if we were an inconvenience. Their dismissive attitude and lack of empathy were appalling. They have no respect for senior citizens we were nothing but respectful and kind and patient with them with various trips to the dealership that was required to address all the issues with the car. So many broken promises! The car, which was supposed to be in pristine condition, turned out to have multiple issues. The promised repairs were half-hearted at best. It’s as if they patched things up with duct tape and hoped we wouldn’t notice. Shame on them for taking advantage of the elderly who trusted them! ZERO accountability: When we raised our concerns, the dealership’s response was dismissive. They shrugged off our complaints, blaming us for not thoroughly inspecting the car before purchase. Their lack of accountability was infuriating. In summary, this Lexus dealer embodies everything that’s wrong with the auto industry. They prey on vulnerable customers, overcharge for subpar vehicles, and treat people with callousness. Shame on them for tarnishing the reputation of a once respected brand. We have purchased several Lexus in the past and this dealership does not encompass the luxury and top notch service you would expect from a Lexus dealership and certainly not the ones we have dealt with in the past. This was our first and last time dealing with this dealership! I urge anyone considering a Lexus to steer clear of this dealership. Let our unfortunate experience serve as a warning: Avoid this place at all costs!! Shame on you Erez! Alfred your temperament needs to be adjusted! Gross behavior from you both of you! More

My story began when I found a used ES350 I wanted to buy. My interaction was with Dulce a salesman at Lexus of North Miami . I commissioned an inspection of the vehicle, which unveiled scratches that had not been disclosed during my prior inquiries. Dulce quoted me a price higher than what was listed. I brought this to him, and he chose not to respond. I escalated to a manager, Rosaly. She assured me that the price would be honored, but her demeanor conveyed as if she were doing me a favor. I also expressed my dissatisfaction with Dulce, to which she stated that a different salesperson would be assigned. I sent the wire transfer on August 19th. I repeatedly requested the new salesman, Demetri, to communicate with their bank for confirmation, and every time, they said they would not do that as they receive funds daily, and there's no need for it. I even ended up reaching out to their bank myself, and they confirmed the transfer. I confronted Rosaly with the information and the date of money received on their dealership accounts; she said, "The payment has been received." That was on the 28th of August. It took them 8 business days to confirm the receipt of the funds; this raised suspicions. I sent seven emails to various managers. I have not received a response regarding the funds . I made six calls. I managed to reach ALFRED UTSET, the pre-owned sales manager. Unfortunately, He answered the call prepared to defend his employees and did not listen to me. I was about to express my concerns, but he replied, "You sent an inspection company, and they know everything, so you shouldn't have any concerns!" I had to clarify, saying, "Did you even hear me? I said 'concerns,' do you know what that means? I'm not talking about the car; I want to discuss the transfer and how your employee treated me, and I want to know if they did the maintenance I requested." He didn't answer my questions and continued to speak forcefully and condescendingly. I sent emails inquiring about when I could coordinate with the shipping company to pick up my car. I asked when they would refund the deposit since I had sent. However, Demetri did not respond to these questions. He simply replied that everything was on process. I reached Rosaly to inquire about the refund status. She responded, claiming to be helping me by expediting the refund process. She stated, "Normally, we refund the money after delivering the car!" She emphasized her cooperation. Interestingly, in one of Rosaly's emails dated August 17th, she mentioned, "Please be aware that the deposit made with the card will be refunded promptly upon receiving the wire transfer for the full amount." So, either the content of her email or the content of her text message contradicts the truth. during the shipping phase, they provided no assistance and stopped responding, causing me significant inconvenience. This frustrating experience felt unprofessional and unethical. Imade it explicitly clear that I expected to be informed when the shipping company received the car. but they have not contacted me, resulting in delays. To clarify, these are not allegations; this is simply my personal experience, outlining the difficulties I encountered over a whole month, including a staggering 182 emails exchanged with them to conclude a deal; it should have raised concerns at the management level, but it seemed like no one cared. Please don't waste time telling me sorry. I'm well aware that you're already informed about what happened, and most managers are familiar with my emails and calls. Let's not play games or pretend that you really want me to call to resolve this issue. There's no need to keep up this facade. More

As a follow up from my last review, Terrible customer service. They wanted me to reach out to them so they can make things right with my pre owned car that i had purchased just over 2 months ago. I calle service. They wanted me to reach out to them so they can make things right with my pre owned car that i had purchased just over 2 months ago. I called and they said they were going to rely all the information to the general manager and that i should be receiving a call from him in 2 days. It’s now been 6 days and i have called and followed up but still never got an answer. The General manager Shawn didn’t even have the decency to call me back and they keep saying he’s busy. Once again a terrible experience and coming from a Lexus Dealership I would NEVER expect this. Lost a customer for LIFE. More

I got the car looked at and there was an alarming issue that they diagnosed that was a pre existing issue by the way the build up was with oil. I spoke with Alfred and he was rude and dismissive. All he kept saying was why didn’t i hear about this earlier. Well, I could say he didn’t hear about this earlier because the car was allegedly inspected and serviced the day before i picked up the car so why would I assume there would be any problems. Clearly that was done poorly. He is not someone that should be in a management or lead position especially when you don’t know how to properly talk to a customer. Would never purchase from there again. More
