Carlos Hernandez was great with working with me to trade in my vehicle. This was actually my second time working with him and both experiences were great! I really liked his communication through the process and the knowledge he showed. The great experience continued went I went to Finance and sat down with Chris Lewis. That was an easy visit. Chris had everything ready and what I liked on paper, just had to sign. Both my experiences have been excellent with this dealership and with Carlos. I was in and out in around 2 hours. I will be back for future purchases. More

Absolutely loved my experience here With Carlos Hernandez , made me feel valued and didn’t try and sell me something I wasn’t looking for . From the first phone call I got from him I told him exactly what , made me feel valued and didn’t try and sell me something I wasn’t looking for . From the first phone call I got from him I told him exactly what I wanted , got a call back 30min later saying he’s got exactly what I’m looking for and we made a deal the same day ! He’s definitely someone who’s in it for the people and not just trying to sell you a car . Visited multiple Ford dealership and they all gave me the run around and gave me empty promises . I had an amazing experience with this dealership! I live about 1 hour away, so it was important that I get as much accomplished before I even stepped foot on the dealership lot. Carlos verified the vehicle was in stock, sent me a video of the vehicle, got me an accurate price with all fee's included, and my car was washed and ready when I arrived at the dealership! All I had to do was sign my paperwork and I was out the door! Duy the finance manager was extremely nice and made the process a breeze! I could not be happier with my experience! More
