It was time for me to consider a new car, perhaps the last car I will have. Where do I go..what car do I choose?? Honda has just built a new dealership nearby. Chevrolet has an interesting new "Cruze" mo last car I will have. Where do I go..what car do I choose?? Honda has just built a new dealership nearby. Chevrolet has an interesting new "Cruze" model. My old dealer Tufankjian has built a beautiful new Toyota dealership 45 miles away. My present Toyota has been a good experience and Ken, the service manager has taken excellent care of my car. Oh, And David Tunfankian has always taken my cars to the dealership for servicewhen I lived in Duxbury. I doubt that anyone would give me that kind of service..so let's start there and if not happy or pressured, try another. Hopefully I can get the "deal" I want..can handle. But it is 45 miles to the showroom.??? do I really want tot do this???? I arrive at the dealership at the appointed time and was greeted not only by David, but also by Charlie Tufankjian, the owner. WOW! David introduced me to a salesman, Eduardo Vivas.; and to a sales manager Carlos Ortega. OH OH. I'll get pressure to take some deal they have cooked up that will be hard for me to carry. Don't like the looks of that!?? Surprise! That did not happen. When I was shown the Camry, I thought it would cost too much, so I suggested a Corolla. Eduardo said "take a Corolla home and try it." I did and returned convinced I wanted a Camry and was prepared for costs to me too heavy. To my surprise, Eduardo and Carlos just asked me " What financial arrangement do you want???" I had done some homework and I was not of a mind to low-ball. I gave them my honest assessment of what the car was worth and what my ability to pay comfortably was. They went off for a while, came back and said "fine" We can do that! The dreaded "press" was not! The whole process was done on a friendly basis in a sound businesslike manner. I was convinced I was treated very well. Unbelievable..bought a car and it didn't hurt. WHAT Pros! Tufankjian Toyota did an unbelievable job of re-estblishing a strong advocate of their terrific business operation that I can recommend all the time without any reservation.I was happy to have driven 45 miles! More

I would drive a my 2001 Toyota Tacoma with 334,000 miles on it the rest of my life if it would bring back my father. But it wont and as much as I have been loyal to my truck, it saw its last big trip this on it the rest of my life if it would bring back my father. But it wont and as much as I have been loyal to my truck, it saw its last big trip this past June when I had to drive to my father, Michael Bigger's memorial in Minnesota. My father unexpectedly died in February. He was a national sculptor and I was very close to him. God has blessed me in so many beautiful ways and he has given me immense wisdom since my father died. Nevertheless I am still weary with sadness and grief and miss my father deeply. Lots of challenges have confronted me since his passing and one was the end of life of my trusty truck. I knew this time would come but wasn't looking forward to it because I knew it would be almost impossible for me to get financing..of course I always rely on God and he directed me to the right place and used people in different roles to provide testimony of his perfect will, amazing grace and undying love. A car is a just a car and not something we should worship or get too crazy about but for me it is a necessity for my livelihood, the safety of my best friend, KODY and neccassary for me to fulfill the purpose God has for me. To Steve Lavanchy, Kenny Banks, Wallace Langame, Carlos Ortega, David Tufanjian and my dear mechanic JB Auto and specifically Dave who referred me to Mr. Lavanchy I pray that God continues to richly bless you and brings out the best in you in all that you do. None of you gave up on me and showed immense compassion, love and professionalism. I came to you on my father's birthday, October 10th. A car dealership, where the usual experience is pushy salesmen and long waits to read between the lines and defend myself against tricky treats and dreams , was the last place I wanted to be. I even encountered someone that looked like my father and it made me break out in tears and I wanted to just leave and forget it.But you all certainly were not the usual. In fact my experience cant even be compared to any other experience in a car dealership because it was truly out of the ordinary and transcends dealership experiences. I am not trying to be mushy. I want to give God the glory and hope you all realize how you have made a difficult year for me a little better. Its hard to get happy about getting a new car.. a beautiful! new car when all I want to do is hug my father one more time, but I know he wouldn't want me to be sad...I am a very happy, peaceful person and it has been very hard this year for me to be my happy self. I thank you all for making it possible for me to own a beautiful, safe and practical Rav 4 that fits me and my hairy for legged son Kody!and put a smile on my face. "If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels , but have not love, I am only a resounding gong or clanging cymbal.If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. This is my third vehicle from braintree Toyota and the service is excellent on all three sales. I remember when I bought my first car and came back 2 weeks later and told Benson I was not happy with it. H service is excellent on all three sales. I remember when I bought my first car and came back 2 weeks later and told Benson I was not happy with it. He told me to sit down and relax and he will put me in a new car in no time and without losing anything. Wallace and Carlos made the deal just right for me to get my next car and I was so happy. That left me with good feelings deep inside that these are actually people who care about customer satisfaction. When I decided me and my girlfriend to get 2 new cars, who better than these people to get us in 2 new cars even though the models we wanted was not available. Now, we received our cars and wanted to say Thank You to Benson, Wallace and Carlos for making this purchase a pleasant experience. Thanks once again. More

I went to Braintree Toyota just to look at new cars and to see what the car I had to trade in was worth ( 2003 Toyota Rav 4 with 247,500 miles - Best car I ever owned) The deal they made me for a new 2011 to see what the car I had to trade in was worth ( 2003 Toyota Rav 4 with 247,500 miles - Best car I ever owned) The deal they made me for a new 2011 Rav 4 was so good that I left the dealership with the new car. Eduardo and Carlos were very helpful (not pushy) and I never felt pressured. I will recommend them to my friends and family and after I put 247,500 miles on this car I would go there for my next new car. More

My Husband and I, had a wonderful expierence Tufankjian Toyota dealership. Anthony Damiano was the best. He was curteous, patient and very professional. They did everything posible for us to buy the car thank you , also have to mention Carlos ortega was great and Arthur Martel. Also was e great honor to meet one of the owners Charles Tufankjian. Everyone was so friendly and really cared. After we made the deal, many employees came over to us to make sure everything went well. I gave Anthony Damiono all 5 ratings because he was very nice and he was very descriptive about the automobile. Overall the service was wonderful. I would consider to everyone to go to this dealership to purchase an automobile. More

Me and my wife wanted to trade away our corolla and lease a New RAV4.
