I would not recommend this dealership to anyone! Please STAY AWAY. I am writing this review to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received after purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned 2 Please STAY AWAY. I am writing this review to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received after purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned 2020 Hyundai Kona from your dealership. While the buying process itself was smooth, the events that followed have left me extremely disappointed with your dealership's professionalism and integrity. Firstly, after paying for the vehicle in full, I had to wait almost a week to receive the title. This long delay was not communicated to me at the time of purchase, and the lack of transparency is concerning. As a customer, I expected that all necessary documentation would be provided promptly, especially after full payment had been made. Secondly, I was assured that a second key for the vehicle would be provided. I made an appointment with Carlos, the salesperson who handled my purchase, and he gave me a specific time and date to come in for the key. However, when I arrived at the dealership as scheduled, I was informed by Kenner that he had no knowledge of my appointment or the key arrangement. This lack of communication within your team not only wasted my time but also further eroded my confidence in your dealership. I am deeply disappointed by the unprofessionalism and apparent dishonesty I encountered after the purchase was finalized. As a customer, I expect a higher standard of service from a reputable dealership like City World Hyundai, especially when dealing with a certified pre-owned vehicle. I hope that this review will bring these issues to the attention of upper management and prompt corrective actions to ensure that future customers do not experience the same frustrations. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to the matter of the second key as well as the vehicle's mats (which were missing at the time of the purchase) and any explanation or compensation for the delays and inconvenience I have experienced.
