I had an absolutely horrible experience with Carlos Valenzuela and his employee. We agreed on the sale of my vehicle and had the contract signed already then they decided they no longer wanted my vehic Valenzuela and his employee. We agreed on the sale of my vehicle and had the contract signed already then they decided they no longer wanted my vehicle. They snatched my contract and attempted to rip it up. I've never experienced such horrific customer service in my life. Both Carlos and the other employee showed no remorse in their actions and refused to honor the signed contract. I am now forced to get an attorney and proceed with legal action. More

We went through a few dealerships and found Courtesy Chevrolet to be the most professional to deal with. The experienced salespeople (Tim John)are great. Very knowledgeable in the vehicles.
