Purchase of a used Car We purchased a used Durango sometime in mid February 2020 that had a cracked windshield, they agreed to replace the windshield as part of the sale, we We purchased a used Durango sometime in mid February 2020 that had a cracked windshield, they agreed to replace the windshield as part of the sale, we had to take the car back because the windshield was not replaced properly, when we picked up the vehicle , the latch to the rear door wouldn't open, the auto start/stop didn't work & the remote start was not functioning either. We took the car in ourselves because our sales person failed to return our calls. It took 22 days to get the vehicle repaired, with no communication from no-one as to when,the car would get repaired, several visits to the dealership to speak to used cars manager, Dealership manager etc and still nothing. Made the 1st payment to the vehicle with only having it at home for no more than 10 days, the rest were in the service dept. Finally went to the dealership for about the 5th time & spoke with a service manager that informed us the car was ready the day before but no-one called to let us know. All repairs were made but they broke the spare tire latch, we will have to live with that because i will not take it back to the dealership & not get it back for who knows how long. Very disappointed with dealership and manager staff!!! I will not be purchasing another vehicle @ Frontier Dodge Lubbock Tx!! More
