Pleasantly surprised I went to Ricart for the 1st today to test drive Kia Soul. I was assisted by salesman, Case. Case was very knowledgeable about the Kia and had a grea I went to Ricart for the 1st today to test drive Kia Soul. I was assisted by salesman, Case. Case was very knowledgeable about the Kia and had a great personality. He wasn't pushy or obnoxious trying to sell the car. I informed him I never liked Ricart's commercials with the father or the son. I found them obnoxious. It was convenient to stop there today and bought the car. Case and the others that I worked with all pleasant and enjoyable to meet. So ignore the commercials and meet the real people behind Ricart's success! More

Stress free, simple experience with Devon & Case I had a great experience at Ricart. Everyone was very professional, no one was overbearing or aggressive. I knew exactly what i was looking and they h I had a great experience at Ricart. Everyone was very professional, no one was overbearing or aggressive. I knew exactly what i was looking and they had me in and out in about an hour and a half (including a test drive) with a new car and made sure that I was 100% satisfied with the car and that all my questions were answered. I definitely see myself returning in the future. More
