The finance person tried to sell us add ons on the back side of the sale which by law are NOT necessary. I'm saddened by their attempt to make us buy more than what was strictly required. Obviously, this made it much more difficult for me to hit "yes" when asked would I recommend this dealership. All I can say is, do your homework BEFORE you buy from anywhere. More

We bought a newer Toyota Camry and the trnasmission started shifing badly shortly after the buy... service department coordinated with Steven Toyota and had the torque convertor changed in less than a full day! No charge. Factory Warranty. Having had that experience... I bought a late model Ram Truck. I found a few scratches after the fact... it was promptly scheduled in and scratches were removed. Than the remote start quit working and check engine light came on and that issue was QUICKLY resolved also just in time before my mive to Savannah. No questions. No charge. No hassles. I am impressed! More
