I purchased a 2023 GMC truck from them in August 23. After reviewing the paperwork at my home I noticed a mistake in the sales tax and registration cost. I called the dealership and made them aware of t After reviewing the paperwork at my home I noticed a mistake in the sales tax and registration cost. I called the dealership and made them aware of the issue..the rep said”no problem “..when the truck is registered in New York you’ll be getting a refund. They were well aware that it was being registered in New York before I purchased it. When they sent the registration and plates to me they also sent a check for 25.00 for the registration refund (they charged me $220.50 registration fee was $159.) refund short $36.50. When I called and spoke with Deanna, she told me the reason the sales tax was $808. more than the -NY Tax rate was because I had to pay Florida sales tax also. If the salesperson and finance manager were UPFRONT about the additional taxes and fees I would have bought a truck in New York 😡‼️ More
