Took Buick 2017 Encore there due to Intellink system repaired. Shuttle service was excellent. Rick the driver was great. Jim, service advisor, called when part was in to set up appointment. Said Wednesday was ok so that’s when I took and he said it was supposed to be there Thursday! Left it and when it was done, went to pick it up and pay. Cashier was the same person who answers the phone. While she was taking care of me she answered at least EIGHT calls. Good way to make mistakes! Not good !!!! My car is fixed just don’t know if we will be back.
