Just wanted to share with others the great experience I had purchasing my new .Murano. I heard that Crown Nissan was a class Nissan dealership. I reviewed the sales staff on line and chose Cathy Voogd. Cat had purchasing my new .Murano. I heard that Crown Nissan was a class Nissan dealership. I would like to show my appreciation to Sales Consultant Cathy Voogd. I purchased a new Murano 2 weeks ago. This was my second purchase with Cathy and Crown Nissan and again was a great experience. Since my Cathy Voogd. I purchased a new Murano 2 weeks ago. This was my second purchase with Cathy and Crown Nissan and again was a great experience. Since my purchase Cathy has followed up with me twice to make sure I was connected to and able to navigate the My Nissan and Nissan Connect Services. Several years ago I called several dealerships looking for a new Murano. Cathy Voogd impressed me most by selecting a vehicle exactly as I asked for. My wife and I test drove and purchased the vehicle tha for a new Murano. Cathy Voogd impressed me most by selecting a vehicle exactly as I asked for. My wife and I test drove and purchased the vehicle that day. That is why we returned today to trade in and purchase a new Murano. We would like to also thank Jason Jiovani for honoring a misprinted ad in a publication, Blake Redford for a great price on our trade, Devonte Harvey for a great job of processing our paperwork and explaining in detail the products available to us to protect our new vehicle and Jaelene with Crown insurance for insuring our vehicle. Each of these professionals acted as a team to make us feel like valued customers. More
