Tried overlapping labor, for a timing belt, water pump job. I was told labor would only be good for this time, I checked to see if I was being charged book and I was not, the tech was charging me full pop job. So I proceeded to call the advisor of he played dumb “ techs make up their own hours”..After that my trust for him went right out the window. And I just got the warranty work done. Piece of advice don't lie to your customers. More

The lady at drop off and pick up was extremely rude. We didn’t get notified for two days what was wrong with our vehicle. After picking up our car it still has a check engine light on. When you spend over $2,000 even if it was $2 I expect better customer service than that. We will not be bringing our car back. More
