We did not feel pressured, and they were very knowledgeable and helpful with all received from Celia and CJ at Paramount Kia Dealership in Hickory. We did not feel pressured, and they were very knowledgeable and helpful with all of our questions and concerns. Both were very friendly and made us feel welcomed and comfortable. This was our third purchase at this same dealership, and it was definitely the fastest we have been in and out. Celia took time to show us all the features with my new Sportage, and even helped hook up our phones and apps for both me and my husband. They stayed after closing to complete everything, so that we could drive it home that night. Definitely highly recommend using Celia again. More
