Tires weren't rotated for the routine maintenance and I get that, its a bit tiresome to do it, I'm just saying don't mark it down in worksheet that it was done. A fairly average experience for routine prepaid service. no special amenities and no accommodations for service delays caused by COVID. I was promised free scratch removal for first six months.
