I went in for a simple oil change at BMW Santa Monica and left with a nightmare. They didn't fully close the oil drain cap. My car started malfunctioning, and I had to pull over in a panic, find a safe place to park, and then the car completely stopped working. I was stranded for three hours in the sun waiting for a tow truck. This kind of negligence is unacceptable — it could have caused a serious accident. I will definitely be looking into filing a case for negligence. I expected professionalism from a certified BMW service center, but this experience was anything but. Avoid this place if you value your car — and your safety. More
