Needed a headlight replaced & I’m happy I chose Don Davis! I called Don Davis because I needed a headlight changed out. They fit me in for an appointment that day not even an hour after I called. Drove right u I called Don Davis because I needed a headlight changed out. They fit me in for an appointment that day not even an hour after I called. Drove right up, was greeted with a smile & Cesar helped me right away. I was only there until 4:11pm & he got me outta there even before he promised me. I can be difficult to deal with, but he treated me with ample customer service and was very nice the whole time. Lovely experience! More

Lil Wayne might actually like the opera and not rap instead I had just driven from one dodge dealership when I arrived. I was told that they weren't going to add my diangnostic to the repair. Then I was told I would be charged half because he talked the mechanic down. Then I wasnt charged at all for it. I thought that was all strange since I had just come from another dodge dealership and received the exact opposite informagion.I was also referenced to a rapper lil Wayne but did not find it funny by any means. I'm sure he was trying to relate but he did not. He would have done better if he asked if I liked the opera, big difference.I was called instead of the guy coming to get me when my car was ready as he knew I was there. It took me a while to get to him. I called back twice and left a message right after. I actually went walking around to find him. Other then that it was a pretty decent. I would let him know not to say that someone that looks like me looks like lil wayne again as its offensive and annoying. More

I explained my reason and the man said he would be back with someone to fill out my request. The man was very knowledgeable and helped me in making decisions with my service. The service was estimated ti take about two hours, but only took about an hour. Very pleased with my service. More

Tremendous in Sales, Service, and Customer Satisfaction Many of you will recognize my name (below) as a long time area Radio Host, and know me as a straight-shooter, with a love for people. I'm always happ Many of you will recognize my name (below) as a long time area Radio Host, and know me as a straight-shooter, with a love for people. I'm always happy to share a tip that helps other folks. So, I want to encourage car buyers/owners to visit a dealership that I've learned to trust, as hands-down tremendous... in sales, service, and customer satisfaction. My latest visit was for simple tire service. For starters, a guy named Cesar, in the service department, helped me knowledgeably, and with a smile. A few days earlier, the instrument panel in my Chrysler 300S, notified me that a tire was losing pressure. Rather than drive a mile to the dealership, I went across the street to a local independent car service shop, where they told me the tire was fine and just needed a little air. That night the tire lost a few pounds of pressure again. This time I took the car to Davis. Cesar asked me to turn the wheel, and immediately noticed there a nail in the tire, which was causing a slow leak. Then, rather than making me wait around for the fix, Cesar got Doyle (a wonderful guy who'd driven me before) to take me home while the repair was made. I work from home and needed the car to pick my daughter from school a little later. Doyle picked me back up in plenty of time. If this had been Discount Tire, or any number of other service shops, I'd have been sitting in a waiting room, missing valuable work time; and who knows if I'd have got to my daughter in time. I won't make the mistake of buying, or going for service elsewhere in future times. I've found that the sincerity of an old fashioned handshake is the power behind every interaction I've had at Don Davis since buying my car there. Big xxxxxxto Jesse Ventura (no...the other Jesse Ventura {lol} who actually sold me this clean vehicle). Also to Earl Manuel , Ty Rivers, and Yazmin Chaparro...extremely kind and excellent pros in the sales department, who answered questions and helped me when Jesse had days off. From day #1, Don Davis has proven to be a completely "stand-up" organization. And truly good people, who have made my every visit feel like home. I can't encourage you enough to visit Don Davis yourself, and discover the reasons why. (I know that these are strong words of praise above; and I should note that they are my honest impressions, and that no one has paid me a dime for them. They were earned.) Customer service lacking I made an appt to have my oil changed at ten in the morning. I arrived at 945, I understand I was a little early, but my service tech, Cesar seemed t I made an appt to have my oil changed at ten in the morning. I arrived at 945, I understand I was a little early, but my service tech, Cesar seemed to be very upset about something when they called to let him know I was there. They reassigned me to another tech, Mark. He was nice and engaging and proceeded to go over my car and told me to wait and the car would be taken care of. After an hour and a half I finally decided to go find out what was taking so long as I have never had a simple oil change take more than thirty minutes. It appears that they were done with my car and had parked it outside on the street and forgot to tell me it was ready. I sat in the waiting area for an extra 45 minutes when I could have in and out, plus they didn't even apologize for not telling me. If this is how you guys treat your guest and "win" customers then I think you need to reexamine what your definition of customer service is. I will not be returning. More

His customer service and kindness goes above and beyond anything I could ask for as a customer. He connects with his customers and truly cares about them and their families. My mom and I both have worked with Randal and we won't work with anyone else. He is constantly checking on our satisfaction with our vehicles and offering help if needed. Very stand up guy! I will continue to refer my friends and family to him! While I was getting my Durango serviced, he came to check in on my family and we talked about everything under the sun! So enjoy having friends at such a wonderful dealership! I recently went in to get my Durango serviced. Cesar was beyond awesome. I was VERY overdue for my oil change. He walked me through the steps of how to check my oil levels on my dash and also under the hood. He explained the seriousness of the situation and how important it is to come in for maintenance before my vehicle reaches 10% oil. He was very patient with me, being that I have no clue about vehicles. We were in and out in no time! There was no hassle or stress, he made sure everything was taken care of before we left. I will be calling him in the future to make appointments to get my car serviced! I am very grateful to have such an awesome place to purchase and service my vehicle! More
