I was able to work primarily through text and email. When I picked up my vehicle, I was at the dealership less than 40 minutes. Chad had all the paperwork ready to go. I have a lot of family in the car business. Historically I've always bought from them. This was the smoothest and quickest car buying experience I've had. Patiently helped me find the right car. My wife and I were looking for a new vehicle that would be able to take care of our expanding family after the birth of our 3rd child.
