We had our first great car buying experience at this dealership 10 years ago. We purchased the extended warranty on our '08 Accord with the promise that if we didn't use it within 8 years, they would return the full cost of the warranty. The car was so well-built that we never needed to do anything other than routine maintenance for those 8 years. They honored their promise, without question, and wrote us a check for $1,500 at the end of 8 years. The service at this dealership is outstanding. I never needed to make an appointment for my car. Anytime I needed the car serviced I just pulled up and they would find a way to get the work done in a timely fashion. The waiting area is clean, comfortable with free WiFi, coffee and tea. Several TVs and available computers to occupy your wait or your children if needed. If I needed a loaner they provided the best one for my needs. Here is the icing on the cake: In year 10 of ownership, I finally had my first problem with my '08 Accord, the piston rings went bad and my car began to misfire. My car was no longer under warranty, remember they wrote us a check for $1,500 2 years prior, yet they offered to do a "good-will" fix. Valley Honda did an extensive repair of the car for a dramatically reduced rate. My '08 Accord was as good as new. It was at this point that I knew I would buy another car from Valley Honda, and so we did. We just purchased our second Accord. We had another great buying experience and look forward to another 10 years of great service from Valley Honda. More

Can't think of a time when I've had a negative experience. After 8 years I thought I should write a review! For most routine service no appointment is required. Great waiting area! And if you can't wait, they have a shuttle.And every single service rep has been professional and courteous! Overall, I'm happy with them. I've never found that they repair things unnecessarily. They follow the Honda maintenance schedule. They keep track of wear on your tires and brakes. My last experience at the service dept was with Chad. He was super-friendly and helpful. We took our aging 2004 Odyssey in for an oil change recently. In addition the van hood would latch but not close tight. The price to repair it so that about $300. We explained we were probably going to replace the car in the next several months. He showed us how to manually latch the hood so that it shut tight so that we did not have to make an expensive repair. And at our request he printed off our service history for our records. More

Fixed Door Rattle in New Accord Had an annoying door rattle in my new Accord driver door. Tried to figure it out myself, but just couldn't. Took it in to the service department and w Had an annoying door rattle in my new Accord driver door. Tried to figure it out myself, but just couldn't. Took it in to the service department and was helped by Chad. He had Luis drive around with me so that he could hear the rattle. Luis heard it and said he had some ideas about what it could be. Chad said he would call me when it was fixed. After a short while they narrowed down where the rattle was coming from and fixed it. I am so thankful and happy. I love my Accord and am so glad to be free of that annoying rattle. My experience with the service department could not have gone better. More

5/18/15 experience I came to the dealer with the intention of getting my rear brake pads replaced for the previously quoted $290. One hour after I arrived, I was told th I came to the dealer with the intention of getting my rear brake pads replaced for the previously quoted $290. One hour after I arrived, I was told they will not replace the break pads without also replacing the rotors which brought the bill to $590. It was ridiculously overpriced. My local mechanic completed the same exact job for $100 flat. They were also able to re-use the old rotors. The employee also tried to push me to add close to $700 in additional repairs .Needless to say, I will not be returning to Honda Valley for any routine car maintenance. More
