MJ Foster is a rock star. He took my call from out of state. I was calling from Ohio on a Friday to make ALL of the needed arrangements needed for my 78 year old mother to t He took my call from out of state. I was calling from Ohio on a Friday to make ALL of the needed arrangements needed for my 78 year old mother to take delivery of a new 2024 Sportage the following Monday. MJ answered every text and phone call. Answered all of my questions following up with things like pictures and window sticker. He helped make the deal easy. Finance department was easy to work with. Jordan took a few minutes with me via phone so that I could be sure that all was as agreed to. It was all correct. I appreciated that he understood that I was just watching out for my mother because I was still in Ohio. Excellent job. Chad also took my calls during MJ's absence. He helped me with my questions and never rushed me or made me feel unwanted. Thank you Chad for your leadership. I am looking forward to bragging about Deland Kia when I make it down to Florida later this year. Thank you for being a dealership where it is an honor to do business.
