Charlie Archuleta saved the day! Toyota Express did something to my car and I was to scared to drive it again because it left me stranded in Santa Fe. I live 90 minutes away. I talked to Charlie and he got me a brand new car to come home in. He worked so hard to get my other one traded in and get me on the road after my bad experience. He is the best and made sure we were safe. I’m still a little scared even though I’m driving a brand new car but it will pass. Charlie is friendly and professional, courteous, kind, helpful, and he always goes above and beyond for his customers. He’s real and gets you set up! I love my new car he even helped me get it tinted (my old car was tinted) and we got it tinted yesterday and it is beautiful! They did an amazing job! While waited we had shuttle service and went to the mall and they picked us up when they were available and while on our way back to Toyota my car was ready! How amazing is that. Such a better experience! If you need a new car go to Charlie! He is the best and will get you taken care of! This guy deserves a raise. He is amazing! More
