Very friendly, competent but a hours-long experience (5hrs). We were totally satisfied with how we were received, listened to, and became satisfied with our first-time purchase of a used Rav4. We have (5hrs). We were totally satisfied with how we were received, listened to, and became satisfied with our first-time purchase of a used Rav4. We have been new car Toyota owners for many years but were very nervous about purchasing a used vehicle--even if it was "Certified". Daniel & Charles were reassuring, helpful and competent in how they finally sold us the used car. We are happy, it is e xactly what we needed at this stage in our senior years and we couldn't afford a new car anyway. WE really appreciate the safety features and amenities this vehicle offers for our LAST automobile. And really appreciated the approach and follow-through that Charles offered us in order to answer EVERY question and need. More

Loved that your service department couldn’t reach me on my cell phone for a car pickup and the 3rd time tried calling me at work. Far Better than the last time. My sales rep (Jamie) met me at the time specified unlike, the last time I was to pick up a new truck, Was knowledgeable and forth coming, unlike the l My sales rep (Jamie) met me at the time specified unlike, the last time I was to pick up a new truck, Was knowledgeable and forth coming, unlike the last time. Met with my expectations and we parted feeling I was not looked at like I was a homeless derelict looking for a handout. The sales rep (Jamie) left me with the feeling was a valued customer unlike the last time , like I was just an annoyance to be gotten rid of with the least input from his end of the deal so, he could move on to his next customer!. When I go looking for another vehicle, I will look at Toyota first, as they have been one of the MOST reliable vehicles I have ever owned. Third vehicles and so far aside from standard maintenance since 2004? 2 light bulbs? One thing I would like to see is more up to date tech included and a reasonable price! And in closing, Buddy you got one really good salesman KEEP him! LOL! Oh and did get a call from "someone" that had something to do with internet but, I did not catch his name and when I told him I had already gotten a vehicle, he seemed pissed, annoyed and he saw no sale to me at that time. Excellent Service I'm new in town and needed to have my FJ Cruiser serviced (there were some active indicators on the dash). The tech did a great job in doing a thoroug I'm new in town and needed to have my FJ Cruiser serviced (there were some active indicators on the dash). The tech did a great job in doing a thorough overall inspection of the vehicle and listing any issues. The service manager Luis then went over the specific issues that required immediate attention versus others that could afford to wait. During my wait Jamie helped me take a look at a few 4Runners and Tundras that I am interested in purchasing. I was in and out that day and will be back whenever my Toyota vehicles need to be serviced. More
