Because of the Heath situation not a lot to choose from. Came down to two vehicles but one was used. After an exhausting day back and forth got a great deal on the only one you had left. And after spending my money, this is the only place I have ever done business with in 42 years that hasn’t offered a hat, shirt or coffee cup. Nice staff but everything that they present as “included” with the purchase ends up costing several thousand in additional service/plan fees that aren’t even needed. Don’t take the time to actually go over w with the purchase ends up costing several thousand in additional service/plan fees that aren’t even needed. Don’t take the time to actually go over what each warranty/coverage means and to see if you actually want it or not. They just say it is all included and then tack on the thousands of fees for these unneeded warranty fees when they are presented as included, but are really optional when reading the fine print. More

Service tech I dealt with was great, Heather was wonderful. The mechanic, he drained my transmission fluid instead of my oil, and it turned into an almost 2 week ordeal, that they had my car.
