Charles was, and still is, an above and beyond salesperson! He took the time to find us the vehicle we had been looking for, everything was explained professionally and courteously. Charles made us feel comfortable while all of the paperwork was processed and the car was being detailed. I brought my car in for regular maintenance package along with oil change and when I got my car from them, the car would not start. The employee at the desk said they would check on it, came back in 5 minute with oil change and when I got my car from them, the car would not start. The employee at the desk said they would check on it, came back in 5 minutes and said that the mechanics may have run the battery down because they left something on so they jump started it and it should be fine, but if I wanted to get my battery checked it would be an extra $50. I have never had any issue with my car, this being the first time when it is being returned to me after having serviced. I did not feel that it was fair for them to charge me to check my battery when they were the ones who caused the problem. More
