Jok and Cheyenne were great to work with. I live 200 miles north of the dealership so I took advantage of the internet team. Please, avoid them at all costs. What an abysmal experience this turned out to be - terrible through and through after multiple attempts (on my part) to ensure a listing was correct What an abysmal experience this turned out to be - terrible through and through after multiple attempts (on my part) to ensure a listing was correct and on the lot. Both times the truck was being used as a fleet/demo vehicle. Furthermore, nowhere on the listing was that mentioned. The folks at this dealership also showed no signs of competency and disorganization from top to bottom. From the salesman (Rich who kept bothering me while I was in the hospital) to the manager (who tried to blame me for the truck not being there, despite being scheduled) to the dweeb in F&I and the internet salesman (Cheyenne) who didn't bother to doublecheck the truck was on the lot on the day of the appointment. Then they backtracked on the discounts on the listing trying to blame it on a computer error despite it being up from before Dec 31st to Jan 20nd (conveniently on the day of my scheduled test drive). Jok was chill though and could read the room in understanding my frustration. More
