I had a flat tire on the way to work and called dealership to find out if my hazard insurance had expired. I was assured it hadn’t. My car was towed to the dealership and not out was the flat tire dealership to find out if my hazard insurance had expired. I was assured it hadn’t. My car was towed to the dealership and not out was the flat tire replaced but also another one that had a bubble. While my car was there they also took care a some recalls did a video inspection and wash it. I was able to pick it up after work. Everyone there that I can in contact with was very helpful and courteous. Great experience! More

Awesome Service advisor! I'm going to be honest, I don't have great experience when it comes to servicing my Audi at Audi Dallas. This time it was a recall, Jordan Windham was I'm going to be honest, I don't have great experience when it comes to servicing my Audi at Audi Dallas. This time it was a recall, Jordan Windham was my service advisor and let me tell you, this guy is awesome! He was so knowledgeable and professional since the minute I arrived, when I arrived, he was there waiting for me and he answered all my questions and provided me with all the deatils. I have to say this time, my experience was super, my car is running and function totally smooth after the recall, they also did an overall vehicle inspection. I also want to thank the specialist who worked on my car, he did a marvelous job, not even a single scratch, thank you all for making this a memorable experience! More

Representative I had a very good experience during the purchase/trade of my old Audi A4 2011 for a new 2017. I waited about 2 years to buy the Audi I wanted and the I had a very good experience during the purchase/trade of my old Audi A4 2011 for a new 2017. I waited about 2 years to buy the Audi I wanted and the sales manger at Bell Audi suggested just to wait for the right moment and I am glad I did becouse it paid up. Mr. Figueroa was always courteous and patient with all my questions either I n person or by email and he was prompt to provide excellent advise. More
