Before and during my recent lease deal, I spoke with 6 different Audi dealerships and not one of them was even near to the professionalism, care, honesty, timeliness and attentiveness as the folks I inter different Audi dealerships and not one of them was even near to the professionalism, care, honesty, timeliness and attentiveness as the folks I interacted with at Audi Dallas. I started leasing Audis in the Dallas metroplex starting back in 2007 with my Audi A4 and now fast forward to my 7th Audi lease and third time leasing with Audi Dallas - working with S Neal in sales to M Mobley the numbers guy and then finalizing paperwork with Stephen - they are and have been a true pleasure to work with and Audi should be proud of the way they represent the Audi brand. The car is one thing and I love it but your people and their service puts Audi Dallas above the rest and on a whole new level. Audi Dallas is the standard all the other dealerships should measure up to. Top notch! More

I called this dealership to get a price on an Audi Q7 spoke to Cody Cody said would call me back within 30 minutes with a lease price 11:30 am, 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm came by and no call all 3 times I left spoke to Cody Cody said would call me back within 30 minutes with a lease price 11:30 am, 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm came by and no call all 3 times I left a voice mail or message for Cody no call back. I called back and asked to speak to a manager the receptionist transfer me to a manager who did not answer I called back the receptionist said the managers was in front of his desk and she would transfer me manager did not answer called again receptionist said he is sitting in front of his phone again didn’t answer finally she said let me go ahead and give him the message personally and finally Michael Mobley answer the phone (who by the way was the rudest Manager I ever spoke to) I can see why his employees are they way they are from his teachings. After explaining everything to Mr. Mobley he had a could careless attitude and his words were I either help you now or you need to call someone else. I then told him I would call someone else and put this on social media his response was basically that I needed to do what I needed to do. As I start writing this on social media pages I get a call from Thomas who claimed he was the GM after listening to me although he was not rude he said he would handle this himself and within 15 minutes I get a call from Cody who basically gave me a price and had an attitude of take it or leave it I left it because it was one of the highest lease price in all the Metroplex. As much as I hate to say it and I hate using this it almost feels like to me that these people did not help me because they felt I could possibly not afford this type of vehicle by judging me being that I have a Hispanic surname. People shop around I picked up the same lease out of Shreveport Louisiana for $250 a month less to not go by the first price they give you it took me for five hours to call 30 dealerships but you tell me if $250 a month for the same car was not worth those for five hours I am saving thousands don’t shop there call around there are nicer places there are cheaper places you will get exactly the same vehicle for a lot less More
