AWFUL If I could give NO stars that's what I would give. To start from the beginning with this dealership. I went in with my dad in April of 2013 to trade in a Santa Fe, which my parents loved and I got my own 2013 elantra limited. Curtis my salesperson was super nice and helpful. I pay a little more than usual though for a monthly payment for this type of car. I was under the impression they were paying off my parents car but it was rolled into mine. My fault for not asking more questions. Well a few weeks into owning this car my tire pressure light kept coming on, luckily after about 6 times of bringing it in they swapped my car for the same model. I was loving it for a year. Its def full of features. Well fast forward to Dec 14. The car won't start. Thought of weird better bring it in. Was told that the battery terminals were lose. Good for a few months, happened again, they say it starts for them nothing wrong with it. I was angry but thought okay let's see what happens. About 3 weeks later and no start again. Bring it to another dealership because of the tow location. Was told the brake switch was broken. Replace it and go on my way. Fast forward yet another 3 weeks and here we are. Another no start, starts for them so they think oh well there's nothing we can see wrong with it. Talked to the manager Chris when I brought it in on Saturday he looked at my fiancé and I in the eye and said HE would make sure it would get fixed no matter what! HE also said I would get a complimentary oil change. Get a call today they need me to pick it up. Its not fixed they never figured it out and NOOOOOOO oil change. I am beyond annoyed. I called Chris 3 days ago and no call back. Talked to Bob Kelly the manager today and he could not care about my problem. In the end of all of this I will NEVER EVER buy another car from this dealership again. Nor will I service it there unless it has to do with the warranty. On a positive note though Stacey the service manager is great. So friendly, and just wants to help me! More

Terrible Customer Service When I first went here I got an advertisement in the mail. So my mom and I went to see if we could get into a new car. After sitting for about 8 to 10 When I first went here I got an advertisement in the mail. So my mom and I went to see if we could get into a new car. After sitting for about 8 to 10 hours I did drive away with a used Santa Fe. On the test drive I heard a sound from the back tire. We were told its because of the new tires. Okay. As time went on about a few months down the road, the engine light came off and on, my gas gauge wouldnt work. It stayed under E up until I traded it in a week ago. They wouldnt fix these things, but they did rig it enough so when I drove off the lot a few days later it was broke again. But they did let me know I had to fix the fuel injection. This is the same year I bought the car. How did it pass inspections when you certified it to resell it? So since I received another letter in the mail stating they wanted to buy it back for up to 10000 dollars I decided maybe I can go back and possibly just get a new car. Well again my mom and daughter and I go up there and the people we spoke to before just looked at us. Didnt greet us or anything. They decided to send a heavy set man over to us to basically say screw you we cant help you and we know what we sold you and we dont want our lemon back. They didnt want to run credit or write down information. Just chose to look like sheep behind their big desk and stare at us. It was embarrassing and very rude! We left and went up the street to Toyota where a girl named Maria helped us and welcomed us with open arms ad a smile. Even though it was half an hour before closing. I left my information with her and she promised to call me by 2 the next day. And she did by 130! And all the stuff they said they couldnt do she did! And still got me lower payments and a newer car with no money down. I will never go back to that Hyundai dealership again. There are other names I just cant remember who else "helped" over time. More

This afternoon I was invited instead to the sales office where I had some refreshments and even more comfortable surroundings. It is a pleasure to do business here. More
