The service manager promised to have the massive oil spill in my garage cleaned since it was the technician’s error that caused it. As for the broader dealership, their parts prices are not very competitive and you'll do yourself a favor by shopping around bit. I understand that the dealership needs to make a profit, but in today's digital age, it doesn't take much effort to find better pricing for OEM Mopar parts. More
