My Review of Szott Ford:
Scott Vennettilli and Szott Ford did it again =) 9 months ago my fiance and I purchased a Ford Certified F150 SuperCab from Scott at Szott's. Its an amazing vehicle which we still have and love. I recently decided that I was going to purchase another truck for myself. I knew exactly who I'd be contacting. I got in touch with Scott and filled him in on what I was looking for. Although he did not have exactly what I wanted on the lot he assured me that he would start looking for me and contact with details when one arrived. Scott contacted me a couple of time in the following month to let me know that he was still on the hunt. Last week he emailed me a couple links for truck that had just came in. I'm happy to say that I am now the proud owner of a beautiful Ford Certified F-150 SuperCrew!!!! Chris Boan was also able to look into some financing options for me and found me an outstanding interest rate and payment plan that fit me. Scott made buying this truck another great experience. This is why Szott Ford will be the dealership I trust and use for life!!! Excellent team, great prices, amazing customer service!

My Review of Szott Ford:
This is probably the 5th car that I have bought / leased from Szott Ford. They are the most professional and helpful dealer ever!!! I received a call from their General Sales ManagerSteve Gabbara last Friday to personally let me know that I could trade in my lease car 5 months early and get a new car without raising my payments. I was so excited, I came in and met with the Sales Manager, Chris Boan. Chris had worked some figures in advance and gave me several models to choose from. The lovely saleswoman, Renee took me for a test drive and helped me pick out just the right car! I was only too happy to find out that my new car actually cost $5.00 LESS per month than my old car. You can only imagine how happy that made me!

The paperwork and financial arangements were handled by a very pleasant young man, Anthony Ketchum. He made the experience very efficient and we were explained every detail thoroughly. It is such a pleasant surprise that even out here in the country, they have managed to employ such sophisticated and professional employees. The ownership team must do a tremendous job of recruiting and retention. As an executive with one of the largest banks in the nation, I can tell you that I am am very impressed!

My Review of Szott Ford:
I had been looking for an F150 super crew for over 6 months and have visited several of the local dealerships. None were as knowledgeable, helpful and willing to negotiate as Szott employees Chris Boan and Stacie Bright. I wasn't stalked and was allowed to see invoices without issue. Both Boan and Bright went out of their way to answer all my questions. I felt I got the best deal possible at Szott Ford.

Renee has been the best dealer to work with. She listens carefully to everything I say and always meets all of my requirements. I am on my third purchase from her and couldn't be happier. All I have to do is call her up and she is there with answers to my questions or willing to help me with what I need. She even sets up all of my service appointments. I have been to many other dealerships where I have been ignored and mis-led by their salesmen. I am happy to say that I have always walked into Szott and been treated so well. I will never not buy a Ford because of the great staff at Szott, especially my favorites Renee, Chris and Stephen. Thank you for all that you do! Keep up the good work!

I came to Szott Ford because I needed a new truck. I was looking for something that I could pull a two horse trailer with and also use as a daily driver. Chris helped me find my new F150 and I love it! I had a great time buying the truck and looking at all of the financing options. I am really impressed with the time they took to look at and explain financing options. Once again I love my truck and had a great experience!

I have had the opportunity to work with this dealership, and specifically, the above noted sales staff for many years and many purchases. I tend to be a very discriminating consumer with an eye for detail, and very little time to spare. I have found their dedication to excellent service unparalelled. They are attentitive, responsive, and go the extra mile to be sure everything is right. I cannot recommend them enough. I have recently purchased 2 vehicles from them, and continue to be very satisfied.

My husband and I have bought our first Ford vehicles from Chris Boan back in 2000, when he was in sales at Alan Ford, and from day one he treated us like family, he was very good to us and my husband is very hard to please and that something that Chris overcame with him, we have purchase nine vehicles from Ford, when Chris move from Alan Ford to Szott we came with him and even though he is not in sales anymore he makes sure we are well taken care of when do come in for service and or when our lease is up on our vehicles he is there for us. And he recommend a awsome sales person for us Josh Holbrook he is wonderful to and look for him with my next vechicle.
Everyone at Szott Ford is very friendly and service department is great to.
