No longer wash the car when I’m for service. No one told me that this time. Prepaid oil change has expiration date I was never aware of. I have had the car serviced there for 10 years. I realize people have to start somewhere. The Lube Tech did a fine job inspecting my friends car. He did miss a couple things beside buffing the muffler and tail pipe. He missed The worn rotator splint, tire and exhaust bearings, Don't even get me started on the piston return springs. I also realize dealerships don't make money on oil changes, finding other repairs makes more money. The injectors were serviced a year ago, We didn't know they have to be done every year on a car with less than 50k miles. The service adviser said they can check the computer for past work, but they don't check it unless requested. I had the battery replaced less than a year ago, apparently they needed $130 to service my new battery, it might be a bit excessive? More

I have only dealt with service. I have platinum warranty on my Tacoma. I have complained of noise coming from suspension recently. Another mechanic reviewed and found broken or cracked bushings on both front lower suspension control arms. That.mechanic submitted to Toyota warranty and was told the issue was valid but service would need to.be done by authorized Toyota dealer. When I took to larry.miller service, they said there was not an issue and did not even submit to warranty.company. my warranty expires in April. I felt I was getting the run around from the dealer service knowing that I would not be able to claim after April. At a minimum I would have expected the dealer service to at least submit the pictures and claim to the warranty department for review. For certain, I would never spend the money on an extended warranty again. More
