Chris D'Onofrio was simply an OUTSTANDING sales associate. He was very knowledgeable, extremely helpful, as well as upfront and honest. I had been to other Toyota dealerships and I caught them tryi associate. He was very knowledgeable, extremely helpful, as well as upfront and honest. I had been to other Toyota dealerships and I caught them trying to swindle me. I did not feel that way in the least about Chris or his dealership. I'll add that Chris is very pleasant and friendly -- negotiations were easy and transparent. I feel he sincerely wants to drive off satisfied with you purchase. this dealership is the number one around. I ignored the one, 10 minutes from my house, and traveled 45 minutes to this dealer because of the salesman, the selection of cars, and a great deal. Chris is a great salesman. We worked well together identifying the car which I wanted/needed and making sure that the dealership could obtain it. Once the car arrived it was a simple process of getting the paperwork done with the help of Gil and getting the Toyota app set up for the car. Chris made sure that I got all of the rebates/programs to which I was entitled and I am grateful for that. I have been working with Chris for several years and I know that he will help me with any issues which may arise in the future. I could not be happier with the experience and I recommend Chris to anyone looking for a Toyota. More
