It's nice to have a job I love going to each and every day. However, outside of the Showroom I enjoy challenging myself physically, progressing my skills musically, and training my dog Toby. I decided to become a Volvo Sales Consultant because I enjoy people. My father came from a family of 12. Myself, the oldest in a family of 8. I've always had a "Get It Done" mentality. Why did I choose Volvo? I chose Volvo because I believe in the brand and admire Volvo's 2020 vision. No one should have to sacrifice Safety for Luxury and Drive-ability. With Volvo, you get it all. Best Volvo Dealer in Chicagoland! After plenty of research I knew I wanted an XC60 and started shopping around to see who could offer the best deal and customer experience. After seve After plenty of research I knew I wanted an XC60 and started shopping around to see who could offer the best deal and customer experience. After several emails and calls with Sam in the internet sales dept., it was clear Volvo of Lisle wanted my business and was going to offer great service without any negative selling tactics about other dealers closer to where I live. Not only did they offer me the best price upfront but once I made the 45 minute trip into the dealership, Chris Gough, went above and beyond to ensure we had selected the right car and covered features no one else spent time on which sealed the deal. Truly a great experience and we are happy to recommend Volvo of Lisle to anyone in the market! More

Ashley in the Internet Sales office was quick in providing a quote on the exact 2019 XC90 I wanted, and answered several of my questions via phone when I called. Chris and Tommy were great to deal with on the sales floor when I arrived at the dealership. Chris was excellent and truly knew the details of the vehicle. Tommy worked with us a bit on the price of the vehicle and saw to it we agreed on a deal. There was truly no pressure to buy, and this was a great experience for buying a vehicle. Jen in the finance office was thorough with the paperwork, yet quick. I would recommend Volvo of Lisle to anyone interested in purchasing one of their vehicles. By the way, I LOVE my 2019 XC90. More

Chris was very nice, attentive and eager to answer any questions I had while test driving. Chris and the dealership managers were very thorough in explaining different aspects of the car buying process, and I felt comfortable the entire time in making my decision. Chris offered great customer service throughout the purchase process and able to offer whatever information I was looking for. After I purchased my vehicle, he took the time to sit in the car with me and show me all functionalities, how to use different features and make sure I had all of my questions answered! I was on a short timeline since I was moving out of the state a week later, and Chris was able to make this incredibly stress-free, help me with things even after I picked up my car, and ensure I had a great first car buying experience. I would absolutely and highly recommend Volvo of Lisle and working with Chris! More
