He was so helpful throughout the entire process and I would recommend this dealership to everyone as there are no others like it. Their staff is courteous and and outgoing AND THEY HAVE A RESTAURANT. Went for oil change went out with a new car! I have been a customer for Universal Nissan since 3 years ago and I have to say they never let me down. They have work with me for the longest to get I have been a customer for Universal Nissan since 3 years ago and I have to say they never let me down. They have work with me for the longest to get me a deal a can really afford for the vehicle I wanted. Chris Roman really have gone above and beyond to make sure I get the deal I needed to trade my Nissan Rogue for a newer and gorgeous version 2015. Got a fair price, paid off the financing, and although the payments would not allow me to purchase the package I wanted, I came home with the color and a 2015 when I thought I would end up with a 2014 leftover. I'm a Christine, dealt with Chris Roman and Chris Green . It was fate. Chris worked the numbers, Mazine did his magic, both are to be applauded. Chris promised me a key chain, but banging the gong made up for it. Very pleased, Beat any experience I ever had in Jersey. Thanks everyone. More
