I took my Murano in for tires. The service counter was very helpful and courteous and offered me an Uber to get to work since I planned to leave my car. When my car was ready (on t The service counter was very helpful and courteous and offered me an Uber to get to work since I planned to leave my car. When my car was ready (on time!), Duke the Service Manager was so nice and suggested to me there might be a rebate for my tires (this was even with my buy 3 get one for $1!) Duke didn't have to suggest it, much less look it up and print the rebate form. As a female it was refreshing to be spoken to, not spoken down to. The cashier was very friendly which was also nice. Gordie Boucher Nissan of Greenfield will be my new go-to dealer for my service needs! More

You wasted my time. I’ve told so many people my battery was dead after a. 10 day vacation and your tech said everything is normal. No one believes a battery goes dead on a brand new car. Something caused that battery to go dead but. Your tech did nothing. I am trading it on a more reliable car and will continue to tell everyone not to go to this dealership. No one in my family will buy a Nissan again. More
