Basic oil & lube had to be out within an hour They got me done in less than an hour reviewed my service washed the car and got me out in 45 minutes great service! I visit all the way from Appleton to this dealer because I am always treated well with honesty & respect and give me a fair price and as quickly as possible. Great job!! My Altima runs great in part due to their great service! More

Diagnosis Overpriced, guessing at what MAY be wrong. Nothing pinpointed. Still no answers, but want 6 grand worth of "suggested" repairs. I thought by bringing Overpriced, guessing at what MAY be wrong. Nothing pinpointed. Still no answers, but want 6 grand worth of "suggested" repairs. I thought by bringing my nissan to a Nissan dealer, I would have technicians that knew niasans. Not just another rob you kinda dealer whip tries to get you to fix more stuff than what is needed at the moment. And they wonder why people hate dealing with the dealerships... For example, they wanted 220 bucks to replace a 30 dollar drive belt, that I can buy at auto zone and change in the parking lot. Or... 2000 for an exhaust system that isnt even making noise, because it has some "home repairs" done to it, and some rust. One, we live in Wisconsin, and two I welded it a bit a couple years back. Doesn't make a sound. But give them 2000 to replace it. No thank you. Would not recommend. More

Great Place For Service Great store to take your vehicle in for service. Nobody offers a "quick lube" anymore. I'm in and out under an hour for an oil change and tire rotatio Great store to take your vehicle in for service. Nobody offers a "quick lube" anymore. I'm in and out under an hour for an oil change and tire rotation. Everyone is courteous and the prices are great too. It's hard to find good places to go for service. This is a great place! I'll be coming back for sure! More

Fantastic I own a dog so the back of my SUV was getting furry. So I had my SUV detailed and Omar did a phenomenal job making it look brand new. Accommodating and thorough. I was given a report on the routine work showing what was done. I liked that. Changed my mind about Boucher I am a 19 year old female who recently purchased her first car. I would recommend any one of my friends or family members to go to this Boucher locati I am a 19 year old female who recently purchased her first car. I would recommend any one of my friends or family members to go to this Boucher location, and not the one in Waukesha. The service difference is clearly shown when you walk through the door. The sales department genuinely cares about getting you in the right car and not making a sale until you are happy. Alyssa Zagorski helped me through the process and made sure that I was satisfied throughout the process. There was no shady business within the finance department and Ken Cherek clearly laid out for me what I would be paying and all of my options. Michael and Chris Hanson checked on me and made sure I was receiving the utmost care. When it came to signing all of the documents to purchase the car the gentleman I was working with made sure I understood what I was signing and answered any questions that I might have had. It was a great experience as a first time buying a car and would recommend you check them out if you are interested in finding a new car. More
