Service. Above and beyond Christopher K. At AL Packet went above and betons to accommodate me. He got my car in the next day for service. I told him there was no rush but he in Christopher K. I told him there was no rush but he insisted I bring it in aND he would do everything in his power to have it ready by the end of the day. And that's exactly what he did. Service and Tire Repacement Service was courteous and fast. The technicians found dangerous problems with my tires that I didn't know about and let me know about my tire warranty Service was courteous and fast. Great help by Chris Klein smith at AL Packer Once again Chris Kleinsmith came through for me at AL Packer Ford, encouraging me to come in for a quick assessment of my battery, when I called to sa Once again Chris Kleinsmith came through for me at AL Packer Ford, encouraging me to come in for a quick assessment of my battery, when I called to say It had to be jump started. Aldo he did an oil change and all in record time. Also made me aware of a great oil change special deal--4 oil changes for $80. Good for 2 yrs. Chris is so kind and helpful. What a contrast from Bob Davidson Ford where they always want to charge $140 diagnostic fee and are less than helpful. Love AL Packer and Chrus...my new go to! More
