Excellent When my instrument cluster message alerted me that I was due service, i visited the dealership without an appointment. My service writer was very acc When my instrument cluster message alerted me that I was due service, i visited the dealership without an appointment. My service writer was very accommodating, and after registering services needed, assured a shuttle ride for me to work. Later he phoned me as to additional services indicated, and explained which services were needed now. the selected services were completed in a timely fashion, and he phoned to say I could pick up my car. All and all the service as usual was outstanding. The only quirk was that the car wash was not operating, but that was only an minor concern, and did not lessen my satisfaction with with the fine treatment I always receive at Al Hendrickson Toyota More
