I purchased this car sight unseen based on the photos, description, discussion with Chris Lahey and the solid reputation of this dealership. I had the car shipped 600 miles and the car is everything they had promised. Chris was helpful and honest and made me feel good about purchasing this car. He stayed in constant contact with me during the process without being pushy or overbearing. Every promise was fullfilled and the team at Sullivan Buick GMC followed thru in every way. Chris helped me make arrangements for delivery of the car and carefully selected a great transport company. This is our second buying experience at Sullivan Buick GMC. We bought a 2011 Buick LaCrosse at this dealer in January 2011. We are very pleased so far with our Buick Encore. It is a little smaller than GMC. We bought a 2011 Buick LaCrosse at this dealer in January 2011. We are very pleased so far with our Buick Encore. It is a little smaller than our other SUV, but we are adjusting and looking forward to some gasoline savings. The lease that we obtained includes maintenance, ONSTAR and XM satellite radio for 24 months. Since we are retired, and do not drive as much the miles and monthly payment will also fit into our budget. We are pleased to be in the Buick family. Chris Lahey was our salesman and he was extremely responsive to our questions and concerns and I would recommend him to others as someone with whom to negotiate. Thanks again and we are happy! More importantly, Chris was very knowledgeable about the Buick Enclave that I was inquiring about. When I asked about other vehicles he knew everything about those vehicles too, off the top-of-his-head. This made the transaction go smoothly. He took his time and explained everything to me and showed me how everything worked in the vehicle, things I would have never taken the time to figure out on my own. I very much appreciated that. He was very patient and easy to work with and his customer service was great. Every time I contacted him before and after my purchase he returned my calls immediately (can't say this about other Sales Consultants) and didn't make me feel like I was bothering him with all my "issues" that came up. I would be happy to contact him about my next car purchase. I can't give an overall rating to the dealership because I'm currently working with the Service Department and so far I'm not feeling as good about them as I did Chris. I will update what I think about them when my car is completely serviced. More

I had been working with Chris Lahey on the purchase of my new car and talked to him on the phone and emailed him back and forth several times since last fall in discussing which car would be best for me and waiting for the Encore to come out. I saw it at the Chicago Auto Show and knew that this compact SUV would suit me very well. Chris Lahey never pressured me and told me he would work with me on getting my new car for the "right price and right terms", and he did. Chris and the entire staff at Sullivan Buick were the best dealership staff I have encountered in 10 years. They carefully explained every aspect of my purchase, financing and ongoing commitment to taking care of my new car. I am very glad I purchased my new car at Sullivan Buick and recommend them highly. By the way -- my beautiful new Encore was great on the drive home and I'm so glad I got it at Sullivan Buick. More
