I was shopping for a 2013 Buick Enclave and wasn't having any luck in finding the car I wanted, until I was introduced to Chris Lahey. He went over my options and informed me of the CostCo Auto Buying Pro any luck in finding the car I wanted, until I was introduced to Chris Lahey. He went over my options and informed me of the CostCo Auto Buying Program. Being a member of CostCo, I signed up for their FREE program over the phone, instantly giving me access to the GM Preferred pricing program. Absolutely no pricing haggling/negotiations and a fixed price! I returned to Sullivan, with my CostCo Auto Program form/codes and within 1 hour, we had the car priced and ordered. If anyone wants to know the employee/preferred pricing program prices are, just do a search on "Build Your Own GM Vehicle". You'll go to the GM employee/preferred build your auto site and follow their auto building questions and you'll get the real/preferred price of your car. Walked into the dealer knowing the actual cost of the car you want to buy, plus any incentives that the manufacture was offering at the time. 3 weeks later, I picked up my new 2013 Buick Enclave and 2 hours of a detailed review of all the functions with Chris, I felt the auto purchase experience was worth the writing of the this review. I would recommend the dealer based on my purchase experience. More

This is the first place I've been to where I felt comfortable and relaxed while buying a vehicle. The atmosphere of Sullivan's is so calm. It's like going to a five star restaurant. Everyone treats you as if you were family. I know without a doubt that my best interest is at the front of all the employees there. Chis Lahey is hands down the best sales representative we've ever worked with. Chris always makes time for us and makes sure we are fully informed on all our options. When we purchased our GMC Acadia Chris made sure we knew how to operate the vehicle. Chris also made sure that this vehicle was the perfect fit for our growing family.
