Chris was really easy to work with and I didn't feel any sort of sales pressure or demeaning attitude. As a female purchasing a vehicle I seemed to come across this at other dealerships I previously visited which makes the buying experience not as pleasant. Not only did I find the perfect car, I was able to negotiate the price I wanted to spend as well. I will definatly recommend him to anyone. More

"Best Deal In the Nation" I searched locally and nationally for my next vehicle, which took me two months. Until, I tried my companies Auto Buying program and found Certified B I searched locally and nationally for my next vehicle, which took me two months. Until, I tried my companies Auto Buying program and found Certified Benz and Beemer of Scottsdale online. Stocked with some of the best cars and deals in the nation it was a hard decision to pick exactly which car I wanted. But once I found that car it now became even easier to buy since the final cost out the door was too good to pass. It was so good of a deal, I drove two hours for final inspection and sale. Certified Benz and Beemer made it worth my time! More

experience purchasing a used car I "was" the proud owner of a Chevy Camaro and after a friend suggested I look at Corvettes I found the one I wanted on AutoTrader.com. Arrived at the I "was" the proud owner of a Chevy Camaro and after a friend suggested I look at Corvettes I found the one I wanted on AutoTrader.com. Arrived at the dealership late evening - not being aware of when they closed. Greeted by Chris Nall - very friendly, professional and informative. Spent time answering questions - did not push - and "never" mentioned closing time. At about 8:30pm I asked when they close and was told 8pm - but, not to be concerned - amazing!! I was disappointed that there was no negotiations to be made on the price, but overall the best experience ever with buying a used car. And, when I was not available to come back and exchange my car Chris Nall offered to bring it to me - which he did. Sat with me, in my home, explained all the paperwork - showed me the bells and whistles - very patient - answered questions. He should be voted "sales person of the month"!! The easiest car buying experience we've had! We went to Scottsdale this weekend to meet with another dealership through the USAA Certified Car Buying Program. The "other" dealer sold the car we We went to Scottsdale this weekend to meet with another dealership through the USAA Certified Car Buying Program. The "other" dealer sold the car we were going to see and never let us know. Since we were in the area, we called Chris Nall at Certified Benz and Beemer to see if the other vehicle we were interested in was still on their lot. He told us it was so we went right over. The staff at Certified Benz and Beemer was friendly, honest and definitely had a "can-do" attitude. Chris got us full Blue Book value for our trade in and we were on our way home in our gently used 2013 Ford Explorer Limited within 2 hours. No haggling, no hassle. Just a great deal from the start. Jeff Hallenbeck in the finance dept. even helped make sure we were getting the best warranty. We had chosen a warranty through USAA since they were doing our financing and when we compared USAA's plan to BB plan, BB plan was less money and had much better coverage. A big thanks to Jeff for not letting us leave with a bad warranty choice. We would definitely suggest you go to this dealership whether you are looking for a high end Benz or Beemer or just a quality used every day vehicle. They can do it all and we will be back! More
