I had the privilege to meet and work with Olga about 2 years ago when I traded in my 2013 4Runner for a 2022 Tacoma 4x4 D Kuznetsova and Chris Ogene. I had the privilege to meet and work with Olga about 2 years ago when I traded in my 2013 4Runner for a 2022 Tacoma 4x4 Double Cab. She was wonderful to work with and her attention to detail and knowledge was very impressive. I returned to the dealership on 10 Oct 2023 looking to trade in the Tacoma for a 2019 Tundra. I had the pleasure to get reacquainted with Olga and also meet Chris Ogene. Wow! What a dynamic duo! Chris and Olga are a real team and use the corporate best practice of " Second Team". They are each other's Second Team and as a result they both work to fulfill and exceed customer expectations. I have purchased many cars over the years (mostly Toyotas) and have never seen this type of management style deployed before. Working with Chris was outstanding. His attention to detail was excellent and he was on top of everything from the trade in process, thru the purchase and final delivery, he was there every step of the way.
