Chris was a consummate professional and great to work with. However, the sales process is extremely slow in my opinion. In a day and age where you can purchase a car online on your schedule, Fitzgera with. However, the sales process is extremely slow in my opinion. In a day and age where you can purchase a car online on your schedule, Fitzgerald chooses to do the opposite and compel customers to waste valuable time sitting in their dealership. I did all of the research, found the car, secured financing and committed to purchasing (I told them I would sign or pay whatever they needed to get things moving). I was told I must go in person into the dealership otherwise, I couldn't purchase the vehicle. There's no reason I should have to spend over 4 hours in a dealership filling out redundant paperwork. The only reason I would purchase again from this dealership is if I had no other alternative. My purchase proceeded only because they had the car I was looking for with the right amount of mileage and the right price......that's it. If it weren't for Chris offering to take his time to come to my house and switch the tags, I would have walked away. More

Chris has been great in helping us find a very hard to find Corolla Cross for my daughter’s student teaching. As start of school approaching, we were really desperate to my daughter the perfect small SUV that is safe, easy to drive and economical. All the other dealers wanted to charge ridiculous premiums just to reserve the vehicle. Fitzgerald has always had good pricing practice and even under todays tough car buying environment, they have not swayed too far from that philosophy. Chris was also able to come through for us to locate the CC XLE with all the safety features essential for rookie drivers. He kept us posted with the progress, setting realistic expectations and finally was able to get us the vehicle that my daughter needs. The whole experience with Chris has been great. There was no sales pressure, just information to update us on the status of the vehicle. He also did not try to sell us junk options like other dealers. This has been one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had. Chris is an ultimate professional. I would refer everyone I know to Chris! More
