This was definitely a better experience then when I purchased my other car at a larger dealership. Great place I was looking for a car in my price and we found a VW Passat and I love it! We got in it and the sunroof didn’t work. The dealership said they would f I was looking for a car in my price and we found a VW Passat and I love it! We got in it and the sunroof didn’t work. The dealership said they would fix it for me before I took the car. They fixed the sunroof and also painted the side mirrior that was a different color. Lawrence was very good with us. We were there really late trying to make a decision and he was patient and wasn’t pushy! Also he even made it possible to surprise me with my car while I was in a photoshoot! I could tell he really cared about me getting my car and not him just selling another car! Also the whole community there was very pleasant. I am a Christian and I think I was told God Bless about 10 times. They really care and that meant a lot to me. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a new car! I am now a happy owner of a VW! The only reason why I give them a 4 not a 5.. we are having issues with the Bluetooth.. it wasn’t reset and no one can figure out how to reset it and I might have to pay a $125 fee to fix it. More
