My experience with Chris could not have been more positive. He was informative and not pushy in the slightest. The moment you leave they are done with you. I purchased a vehicle that they automatically placed their wash plan on that they said come with it and you can’t remove it cost over $1950.00, first I purchased a vehicle that they automatically placed their wash plan on that they said come with it and you can’t remove it cost over $1950.00, first problem that should have made me look around. I tried to contact the salesman by the same text he was previously texting me during the purchase by the same number the next day after purchasing and he would not respond about the sd card he told me to get for the camera recorder that wasn’t working after purchasing 5 different ones and he would reply so I called the service department and told them what was happening and they told me to come and and he will show what I was doing wrong. I get there and they make me wait in a line for 5 minutes before the guy comes out and tells me that I need to wait on a tech to look at it in 2 hours. He didn’t even look at it and on the phone he act like I was doing something wrong and he was going to fix it. I told him I just bought the car 2 days ago and can’t wait 2 hours so a supervisor came out and immediately told me the manual was wrong and told me the wrong size is printed in the manual and to buy a 32gb card. I was upset that the salesperson didn’t know that and I have been to the store 5 times, texted, called, drove, up there, waited, and escalated this known issue to a supervisor before getting answer. Why is this a secret. All employees should know this. I will never buy from this place again and by the way this wash plan that everyone is forced to buy, there is a 3 week waitlist to get you car wash if you want a rental or you have to wait 2 hours. What a waist of money. I also did a survey from this place that ask if you want to be contacted. I answered, yes. They never contacted me. There was also a follow up survey to see if I was contacted. I again answered that I was never contacted and that I would leave feedback on every online forum possible and these people still never responded. More

I sent an inquiry to Crest Cadillac regarding a 2024 Cadillac Escalade. Immediately, Chris called me to ask me what I wanted in a new vehicle. I informed him of my must-haves and before I knew it, he contacted me to inform me that my vehicle was on its way to the Crest dealership! My Escalade is everything that I wanted and more...slamming rims that are not standard! I am over-the-top! Chris made sure that I received what I wanted on this vehicle and more! He remained on top of every aspect of my vehicle from our initial conversation through the financing process and as he put the final touches on my vehicle before I drove off the lot! Following are several reasons I come back to Crest for my cars: 1) Chris Rucker is an attention to detail sales rep. He understands the buying experience (in other words, he deals with you as if he was the buyer) and does all he can to make it memorable and enjoyable. Amazing sales knowledge of the product, the financing, the maintenance. He also has an amazing memory that recalls your likes and dislikes. I will be buying all my future vehicles (and my children's - Crest has an amazing used car operations as well) exclusively from Chris. 2) Shawn Barron in Service is the best man to help you maintain your car in top shape and running like new no matter how old it is. Shawn knows when you should spend the money to fix something or if you should wait until the next oil change. All of my Crest vehicles have been serviced by Shawn, and they always run like new when i drive out of there. I wouldn't want anyone else to touch them. 3) Jeremy Burdin in the 'skunk works' department will add the extra bling to your vehicle if you need it. Want a ceramic coating, done. Want a clear coat bra to protect your front end from rocks and bugs, done. Want your Cadillac logos painted a certain way, done. Somebody door dinged your door, he'll fix that. He is a magician. What an amazing team of professionals. For these reasons, and many others, are why I keep coming back to Crest! More
